Event Participation

General Rules:

• Group Size: 

  • A minimum of 6 participants is required for each group performance.

• Participation : Each participant may perform once in Classical and once in Non-Classical categories. (1 Participant - maximum 2 performances) 

• Total Event Duration: Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. IAN reserves the right to close registration once the maximum capacity is reached.

• Individual Program Duration : Max Song Length for each dance is 5 min.

• You can view all the registered songs here .       

• IAN membership is required for all participants, choerographers and co-ordinators.

• Please make sure to review the Rhythms of India Program Format Document before submitting the program. 

• Review Rhythms of India FAQ for more info on the program registration if needed.

• Last Day to add the audio file url to the program registration is Aug 31st, 2026 to confirm your entry.

  • Audio File Name Format : PerformanceName_CoOrdinatorName.

  • Audio File needs to be of good quailty and in .mp3 file format.
